OICSAMThe US Army’s Office of the Assistant Chief of Staff for Installation Management (OACSIM) provides policy formulation, strategy development, enterprise integration, program analysis and integration, requirements and resource determination, and best business practices for services, programs, and installation support to Soldiers, Families, and Civilians of an expeditionary Army in a time of persistent conflict.

The Army Staff looks to OACSIM for recommendations on a wide range of installation planning, stationing, and utilization issues. In addition to evaluating routine facility requests (construction, modernization, adaptive reuse, and lease alternatives) and discretionary restationing of forces, OACSIM evaluates facility requirements and force structure changes in support of major force structure and installation realignment decisions.

pentagon 4TRG fulfilled OACSIM’s requirement for Facilities Assessment Support Services by providing analytical support to the Sustainment, Restoration and Modernization Program, The Base Operations Support Program, The Installation Status Report Program and The Military Construction Program. Tasks include installation assessments, real property analyses and reporting, facility recapitalization, forecasting and budget development. Our staff provided on-site Program Management to the Resources Directorate’s office as well as subject matter experts to the Operations Directorate.
